Again

I was looking at everyones blogs today and i was getting frusterated cause no one has updated since the last time i checked... then i happened to look at the last post date on my blog and i realized that i really have no room to talk since its been over a week and a half since i posted. I think i left off after going to the farm with lauren. Since then Valentines day has come and gone. Trevor got me the most bootiful flowers ever that smell so wonderfully awesome its amazing. Im going to take this time to note that he is the first bf ive had that actally got me flowers. I was totally stoked! Went to a play thingy with Sis and Rob sat night. it was good but very crude so we left part way through.
I have to be out of my apartment by the 28th and as of yet i dont have anywhere for sure to go. Lauren decided to move back to OR to go to college as she gets it free cause her mom works at the college. You cant really beat free schooling. So she is gone and im alone at hte moment but i dont really mind specially since i dont really have much of a life anyways... i sleep all the time instead.
Im heading over to Missoula this weekend to meet up with trevor at his folks place for a party of his sisters'. Rob and sis are going over too so Im gonna go with Rob and sis is going to meet up with Trevor and carpool.
Good news at work! Ya i know what you're thinking. You didnt think that was possible, but as they say the impossible is only impossible as long as you think it is. And i dont actually know that thats a saying, i just made it up and i think its rather good actually. But to get back to the point, Jason (my supervisor) actually remembered a promise that he made me about 2 months ago that he would transfer me if things didnt get better with Dalene. Well they have gotten worse not better and there is an opening in ALL depts. In other words, I will be going from dept to dept relieving poeple for their breaks/lunches and whatever. Im hoping it will be enough of a change that i might actually enjoy my job for a change. It would really be a first for this place.

Another day another bruise

Well another weekend has come and gone. We went up to the farm again (surprise surprise) this time it was just Lauren, Rick and I. We stopped to see Aunt Bert in the hospital on the way through great falls then headed on up to Shelby. Trevor called me at conrad and said, um i need you to get me a part from the store... again. yep it happened last time i went up there too. lol no worries it was rather amusing in my opinion. Swung by cliff and jewels to drop off the part and say hi to whoever was there. Lauren got introduced to a whole lotta Benjamins and there is going to be a quiz on that later :) Didnt do much friday after arriving. Slept a bit then had dinner. Saturday i was woken up by Trevor knockin on the door wondering why we werent up yet, so after i dragged my carcass out of bed we had breakfast and then the guys went coyote hunting of all things. so basically i got up for well not much :P so i went back to bed and trevor woke me up again at noonish for lunch. Rick, John (G-pa's hired huderite), Lauren, Trevor and I went over to trevors to do some shooting. This was Laurens first time ever shooting a gun so we all had fun. I have decided that whenever i get the money or turn 21- which ever comes first- im going to get a .22 pistol and possibly a .380 (i think thats how its written) i wouldnt say no to a semi auto .22 rifle either... Went to dinner sat. night with John, Roy, Kaylee, Trevor, Me and Lauren. We were sitting around the table in that order and realized that we were in numerical order John being 24 and lauren being 19. it was a source of amusement for a little while. Lauren got grilled by Roy on her background and previous lives (dating back to the civil war when he was a messenger dog named Rex) Sunday was mtg, Lauren was rather surprised when she found out i wasnt kidding when i said i was related to EVERYONE in mtg with the exception of John and Trevor. it was amusing to me :) On the way home a fuse in my car blew so i didnt have dash or tail lights which was just wonderful since it was getting dark and i couldnt see the speedometer. I was proud of myself though, i went and found the part i needed to fix it and i did it my self with no help at all! be proud of me!!!!! Lauren and I are looking for a different apartment, we found one that we totally LOVE but we dont know if we will qualify for it or not. We have all our fingers crossed that we do cause its totally amazing in every way shape and form. Im starting another job hunt cause the apt is in Bozeman and i dont want to commute that far and im rather sick of my current job so it seems like a good time for a fresh start all the way around.

I was very happy that the gas prices had gone down. I was so surprised to see it under $2 again that i had to take a pic. I dont think the sign is doing much...

Quick, before i fall asleep!

Ok, just a quick note to outline this coming weekend so i dont forget to say at least something about it.
Kirstyn is coming down tonight at some point and is staying the weekend, although i have a feeling that i wont be seeing much of her since she is actually coming down to see a certain guy who she may happen to have feelings for :P not a big deal to me either way, if she wants to spend time with me im up for it, other wise im gonna sleep! (sleep mainly cause if i dont i end up spending $$ that i really shouldn't)
Sunday a new chapter of my life is going to start. Lauren is officially going to be here around noon thirty. Shes probably going to end up staying with the Jacobsons (they live on the Manhattan conv grounds) for the first couple weeks cause rick aint gonna be gone yet. She gets to embark on the wonderfulness that is job hunting. I dont miss those days at all.

Copycat

I am going to be a copy cat and post the 25 things about me like everyone else has been lately.

1. My room is rarely ever clean for more than the time it takes to do laundry. (i dont have enough dresser space so it goes on the floor)
2. I am practicing to be able to sleep around the clock, so far I can sleep about 14 hours easily and 18 if I really try

At what tempurature does shampoo freeze?

Im pretty sure that if you leave shampoo in your car over night when its -14 outside the end result is frozen shampoo even after it sits in a warm car for 4 hours it is still chunky and doesnt like to come out of the bottle until held under a hot stream of water in the shower for about 5 minutes.

I was really enjoying the "warm" weather. Warm is relative of course but we had about a full week of 20-30 degree weather. and now i am back to FREEZING weather. i mean seriously i went outside and it was -16 and i think part of my fingers are still attached to my car door handle. remind me to start my car like 30 minutes before i try to go ANYWHERE cause its not bad enough that its really cold outside but if the inside of your car is colder... i think you get the point.

We all went up to the farm again this weekend. We had 13 extra people in mtg on sunday. I went up friday morning after work. Trevor and I went to the Frontier in Dunkirk (little resturant that doesnt look like a resturant much less one that serves steak and seafood) it was pretty much amazing prime rib. Saturday the guys went out huntin coyotes and rabbits (woo hoo) the girls stayed where it was warm, namely not outside. Went to the g-parents for some singing and cookie making or sleeping in Ambers case :) Saturday night we went back to Roy and Kaylee's and played a long loud game of SPOONS. and then grilled John the Huderite about life at the colony. It was rather fascinating to learn from someone with first hand experience in everything. Sunday was mtg and everyone left for their respective places. that is all

Well...

It has been 18 days (is that a fortnight?) since I last posted. Not a whole lot has really been going on in my little piece of the world. Except of course, Trevor coming down not just this weekend, but last weekend as well. He totally spoils me rotten and im really lovin it :) I can give you all the details on both weekends if desired but i really dont feel like typing that much stuff so i shall just keep it to yesterday (and by yesterday i mean my version of yesterday which is everyone elses saturday) ok so basically the place i work- Wheat Montana- was rather slow in getting the hall booked for our company x-mas party and as a result, the party was held in the middle of january instead of december like most normal ones are. I managed to convince Trevor that he should go with me so he came down for the weekend. It started out rather slow but ive never been to a x-mas party b4 so i wasnt to concerned. They had hired a magician that was really quite amazing with his rope tricks and metal rings. Trevor asked me if i saw anyone i recgonized and i had to say "well, not really. No one is wearing whites or hair nets. They all look normal and i dont recgonize any of them" After dinner was served (pork, spuds, beans, bread, salad) they started having a raffle for lots of different things. every employee that was there was entered and wonder of wonders, I Shawna VanDermyden actually won something. it was a $75 gift card to the store of my choice. how totally awesome is that? now i can spend some totally guilt free money :D that really was the highlight of the party so im gonna go to sleep now.
